David Fidler, a professor at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and a leading expert on global health and international law, participated in an online question-and-answer session Tuesday (Oct. 27) for the Washington Post about the shortage of H1N1 flu vaccine.

Fidler is the James Louis Calamaras Professor of Law and director of the IU Center on American and Global Security. In addition to his expertise on international law and global health, he is an internationally recognized expert on biosecurity threats posed by biological weapons and bioterrorism, the international legal and policy implications of "non-lethal" weapons, counterinsurgency and rule of law operations, and the globalization of baseball.
